"Schöne Unterkunft"

Der nahe Strandzugang ist super; das Frühstück klein und fein, aber sehr lecker; die Aussicht und Ruhe fantastisch,; die nahegelegene Shoppingmeile gut erreichbar

Wir fanden die Lage genial. Man ist in 2 Minuten an der Ostsee am Strand. Trotzdemliegt es auch zentrumsnah. Das Konzept des Hotels fanden wir sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Ambiente war passend zum Gebäude.

Lage und Frühstück sehr gut. Tolle Villa.

Mein Zimmer wurde während meines gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht einmal gereinigt. Es fand auch kein Handtuchwechsel statt und nach einer neuen Rolle WC-Papier musste ich fragen. Neben der Rezeption kann man direkt in den Personalraum mit Küche schauen. Der Anblick und die lauten Geräusche aus diesem Raum haben mich gestört.

Die Tage in Heringsdorf haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die sehr gute Lage des Hotels - nah zum Strand, gute Entfernung zur Seebrücke und verschiedenen Restaurants - haben unseren Urlaub zu einem wunderschönen Erlebnis gemacht. Die Versorgung mit Kaffee, Tee und Wasser im Hotel, die Stille beim Frühstück und der Blick von der Terrasse in den Park haben wir sehr genossen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und machen einen tollen Service.

Parkplatzpreise sind zu hoch
