So far from the beach. The walking distance one is not the real beach which is smelly and muddy

Lovely welcome 🤗 this hotel has a lovely welcoming feel about it. The staff are very genuine and work really hard to help you with any requests. Breakfast was excellent I loved the freshly cooked eggs and beautiful prepared salad. Dining area is so relaxing with fish pond and enjoyed a few G@T before grabbing a taxi to head out. Had lunch here was very good too. All in all highly recommend

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Nice room and good extra services: airport pick up, motorbike renting.

The facilities are up to date, rooms are clean and smells good. The hotel has tv which has youtube and netflix. The staffs are so friendly, soft spoken and kind. Since it is located in An vien urban area, it’s very quiet and beautiful, the area even has their own beach

I think it would be better to have something to stop the water from spilling out in the showering area

The hotel is very nicely decorated and beautiful. Located in a quiet area, not much around which suits some people well (good for those with a scooter). Massive beds and comfortable rooms.

The staff weren’t very friendly like most Vietnamese hospitality we have been experiencing in Vietnam. We arrived at 5am and the room wasn’t ready until after ‘check in time’ (2pm). At 2:30pm we were sent to a dirty room, and then had to wait for housekeepers to clean. Of course 5am is far too early for check in but we would have appreciated some kind of priority for early check in, or at least communication regarding when the room would be ready which was non existent. Staff English not great which isn’t a big deal but more so the friendly welcoming nature of Vietnamese people didn’t seem to exist here.
