Hotel Cristal

Le cadre de l'hôtel est splendide. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, un pianiste remplissait le lobby de musique. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu assez de temps pour profiter de toutes les infrastructures.

La borne de charge pour VE facture un supplément par minute de branchement, en plus du kWh entamé. Ca revient cher le stationnement.

We arrived late to the hotel due to a rental car breakdown. A very friendly staff member welcomed us and told us we would complete the check-in the next morning. Since we arrived late, we missed dinner, even though our booking included half board – but this was not the hotel’s fault. The rooms were fine, nothing special. Breakfast was quite poor and needs improvement. On the positive side, the bar was nice, and Gulia, who worked there, was very kind and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the hotel manager left us with a very negative impression. While we were sitting on the dining room terrace in the morning, she came over and told us in a very rude manner to vacate our rooms by 11:00. This has never happened to me in any other hotel, and it felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional

Viaggio spesso nei luxury Hotel con SPA e scriviamo recensioni di frequente. Questo ci ha davvero colpito. Struttura esterna molto bella. Un plauso alla reception molto professionale e ospitale. Ogni richiesta del cliente viene esaudita senza problemi e con cortesia. Area SPA Wellness pulitissima, nuova e curata con ottime postazioni per il relax. Stanza superior spaziosa, bellissima, dotata di ogni accessorio necessario e ogni comfort. Letto ottimo con materasso e cuscino rigido! Wi-Fi gratuito che funziona benissimo in ogni area. Ristorante grande, buffet ampio e di qualità e pietanze davvero buonissime. Colazione ottima, ricca e varia per tutti i gusti! Esperienza super positiva, consigliato al 100% Sicuramente torneremo!
