Two showers in bathroom not working.

No bathroom. Tv had one channel And my meal, omg a disgrace. Roast lamb was supposed to be fresh. It was reheated rubber. When we spend so much money I want a good meal

Beds were odd directly on the floor not sure why. We had a room without pets - had booked one with but was ok as dog slept in the car. Room and fittings old and worn for the price

Dinner at the restaurant was great. Very expensive ($100 for 2) but a decent value of money considering the distance from stores. Staff Swapped our rooms after complaint and allowed us to select a new side of the property for our new room.

Room was deplorably dirty. Cockroaches actively breading in the room with hundreds of young throughout the bathroom and kitchen getting into our stuff before we noticed them. Lots of dark mold covering the bathroom, dead bugs on the floor beside beds and dark staining on old bedding. Staff did not understand what cockroaches were, they had never heard of them so I fear the problem will still be lingering. This place used to be good but unfortunately the staff aren't being trained enough by management and the place is falling into disrepair.
