Die Lage

Die Behandlung durch das Personal. Ick bin in das Hotel gekommen und wurde abgewiesen weil der Aufzug kaputt war. Ich bin Rollstuhlfahrer. Nach einigem hin und her sollte ich Nachmittags 15 :00 auf das Zimmer gebracht werden( wie weiss ich nicht) und hätte es dann früh wieder verlassen können. Wann weiss ich nicht. Die Dame von der Rezeption war ziemlich herablassend mir gegenüber und hat mich behandelt wie ein unmündiges Kind( bin 65) Dann sollte ich auch noch Storno bezahlen. Habe mich an Booking. com gewendet und mir wurde geholfen. Ich kenne von dem Hotel nur den Eingangsbereich und der hat mich sehr an Alcatraz erinnert. Ich persönlich werde dieses Hotel und diese Kette demnächst meiden denn Rollstuhlfahrer sind dort unerwünscht.
