Hotel Nello

Мне нужно было где-то остановиться до завтра. Отель "Nello" оказался рядом. После бронирования я получил приветственное сообщение, а вместо ответа уже был у дверей отеля. Через 5 минут меня встретил сотрудник, оформил моё размещение, я ОПЛАТИЛ проживание наличными(хотя уже видел сумму минуса по карте). Сотрудник объяснил мне, что эти заблокированные средства вернутся мне на счёт. Позднее всё подтвердилось, но возврат может занять до 10 дней, это зависит от работы банка... Сам номер оказался очень маленький! В номере тепло. Туалеты и душевая - в конце коридора. И там очень холодно, потому что всегда открыто окно... В отеле мне очень понравилась комната/ресепшн с огромной стеной с фотографиями звёзд мирового кино!!! Очень понравился молодой человек на ресепшн(я там забыл свою сумку, и он принёс мне её в номер через 5 минут!!!)

В соотношении цена/качество "здесь и сейчас" меня всё устроило!!! Никаких претензий! Спасибо!

Das Zimmer ist geräumig & sauber, das Hotel ist in an der Pizzeria. In der Nähe sind auch ein Kiosk, Bäcker & kleine Fachgeschäfte. Eine Sbahn Station ist 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, man ist innerhalb 5 min. in der Stadtmitte.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage zur S Bahn Stadion ist perfekt.

Sauberes Hotel und sehr nettes Personal. Der Manager ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Etwas laut gewesen aber das ist nicht jeden Tag so. Gäste kommen und gehen!

This hotel is very difficult to reach with the Metro, it is not clean. When I am arrive I had already pay for my reservation but the receptionist insist to want more other 50 euro. Then I have to discuss with he and also show a prove of the transaction, in fact I had reservation for one room with the option to pay cash at my arrival but the Hotel deducted the same the amount of money constricted me to withdraw all the money that I have inside. The room of course don't have the toilette inside and the bathroom it is shared, the size of the room it is about less the 10 m, the smell in the room was uncomfortable and then I have choose also to not sleep there. Anyway I forget the key and then he purpose me to pay one amount of other 50 euro for the lost one. I go away desperate and I don't gonna suggest it or come back again.
