Hotel Nello

It’s a hotel in a suburb of Frankfurt. A 25 minute ride by subway from the city center

A bit far from the city centre. It’s in a small neighbourhood and nothing much to do in the evening. Most shops close by 6 pm

location, some restaurants near by, not too loud during my stay. room cleaned every day, heating,comfortable bed apart pillow, proper window blinds

windows in corridor all time open, very cold when going for shower. i get room for smokers, pillow smelled like ashtray, can smell cigarets very often. very small desk nothing like on pictures, size can be compared to window sill.

The friendliness of the reception staff, the close location to the train station, the Italian restaurant

The mattress cover had a few holes.

The layout of the small room was very efficient so that I felt comfortable with the available space. It was clean and very quiet.

The mattress was too soft. Parking was free but it was hard to find a parking spot. There was no stop on the curtain holder and so opening the curtain caused it to exit the track and it fell to the floor.
