Bedroom was modern and relatively, 2 toilets one with shower in a family room which was a bonus! Balcony

No plugs at the sides of the bed, was a little dusty underneath the pullout beds, staff were mostly interested in the bar area and didn't seem to know much about the hotel side. Wifi was not provided and when I asked about it it was only accessible in the pub area not in the hotel room.
