Ohne die freundliche Servicekraft wäre die Bewertung -anders- ausgefallen. Preis Leistung i. O.

Für ein 4 Sterne Haus war das Frühstück eher mau. Kaffeemaschine defekt. Kakao, da muss ich ja Milch erwärmen... Das angebrannte Schnitzel wurde mit der Pilzsoße optisch begradigt, kann man so machen. Heizung defekt, bis der Servicetechniker kommt.... das dauert. Da ist noch etwas Luft nach oben.

"I thought it was an abandoned building! There is no one in the hotel!"

The location is beautiful.

Staff behaviour. No service room No reception. The whole hotel was closed when I arrived ( 15:30). No one answered the telephones. No hotel information for guests. Too much money for totally no service! I tried several times to call the hotel's customer service and booking.com support but no one answered! I was about to call the Police and hopefully the other hotel's guest who was waiting outside like me (for more than 90 min) helped me! I will never go to this damn place. Finally, I could finally see one of the staff at reception the next day. When I tried to complain about the difficulties that I faced a day before, he didn't listen to me and just said "we were on an off day"!!!
