The receptionists wasn’t at the desc when we arrive, there was a phone number which we called and then he showed up half sleepy, half annoyed. We asked for the rooms next to each other and were told that there will be no issues with that, but at the end we landed up in two different sides of the corridor. The rooms itself even though they were clean but a big shucker which completely ruined my experience is there no sockets. In the room whatsoever. The only socket was under the sealing next to the tv which made it impossible to charge the phone, use a hairdryer or basically anything. The beds are beyond uncomfortable, no comments on the pillows it was a nightmare. The thickness of walls were no kore then a paper thin. Not only you can hear every single word of your neighbors, but other sounds were heard as well like we all been in the same room. It understood that this kind of establishment does not have to be a luxury experience but did not come with a bare minimum as of having sockets or a better pillows it’s shouldn’t be hard.

Very nice place on the outskirts of the city. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Nearby swimming pool. Good starting point for exploring the Transylvanian Carpathians
