Management was helpful during morning time. Room is large enough.

The price is expensive comparing quality received. It is far from Hamburg airport , if it is late especially not easy to reach there with public transport . I dont like no reception - no service during night system , you feel yourselves alone and there is no one to say "ı need a blanket or to say why the heating system does ot work". No fridge, No air condition, no room additional accessories ...Only basic equipment.

Little bit. Far awaz from s bahn

we reserved 2 rooms. when we arrived only one room was available because someone took key and ocupied our room. hotel manager was execelent, very fast found solution and we get new room and better price.

Big room with couch, very friendly and helpful receptionist, breakfast included

Bed and blanket was a bit short (but I'm very tall)

The staff were very helpful.

I couldn't work out how to open my room door.
