The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for the price.

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff, and convenient location

Room was big, spacious, calm!

1. Nowhere in my booking, the name of Hotel was mentioned! I, being an outsider Google mapped Fabhotel Cloud9 ( as mentioned in my booking confirmation) ,and the Google map dropped me in a different locality, approx 3 kms away from the actual location! The same bad experience I had in my last Fabhotel Booking also ( unfortunately I did not write the review back then taking it as my first time unfortunate experience( I had to book another hotel on the spot)! However, when I reached the building in which hotel was, the name of hotel was entirely different and nowhere I saw any display of Fabhotel!! How would a customer know what is the actual name of hotel I have booked for myself!! 2. The room was big and spacious but untidy! I felt like there was no house keeping it seemed. Ciggerate packets and Beer can were spread in the balcony, and the room in particular was not broomed and moped! Untidy!! Bathroom was clean surprisingly!

The staff was not well mannered. They were staring as they never saw a girl.
