Excellent location, in the hearth of the city, close to all main institutions, super friendly staff.

Bardzo miły i uczynny personel. Na prośbę przygotowano lunch na wynos, kiedy z powodu bardzo wczesnego lotu nie mogliśmy skorzystać ze śniadania.

Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel viel zu schmutzig. Das Bett war nicht fertig, die Bettwäsche waren schmutzig und als ob jemand vor paar Minuten aus diesem Bett kam 😆. Überall Staub, auf allen Regalen, auf dem Tisch, selbst das Telefon im Zimmer war voll mit Staub bedeckt. Der Boden hat bestimmt schon vergessen, wie der Staubsauger aussicht. Das Bad war nicht besser. In der Dusche lag das Deckel von der Duschgelfläschchen. Auf dem Boden überall die Schale von den Sonnenblumenkerne. Vorher ht jemand bestimmt ganz toll gegessen 😭 . Hinter dem Mülleimer Schmutz und Dreck. Der Wasserhahn voll mit weißen Flecken. In der Kaffeemaschine und in dem Wasserkocher war noch Wasser drin. Die Kaffeemaschine war schmutzig. Naja...

The staff is amazing. They improve the experience since the first contact.

We didn't feel the room was really cleaned. Things were a little out of place (mugs were turned up instead down and not together, for example), the toilet seat was up, which is not very common in hotels and the ammenities where empty (they had a shower cap boxes but both were empty). It didnt affect our experience but in the end it's the small things that make the difference.
