Please note that the credit card holder must be a guest and will be required to show a photo ID and the credit card used to book upon check-in. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. Please note that parking is available and upon availability on the location not guarantee. Keys must be left at the reception. The property will be going through renovation works from May 01 2019 until August 31 2019. During this period, guests may experience some noise due to construction, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
