Hotel Biały Dom

The hotel is close to A1 highway, that's why I have chosen it for the overnight stay. The room is spacious.

I have never received any response on my questions sent to this hotel via booking.com well in advance (they either don't read them or tend to ignore). Nevertheless, I decided to come, and it was definitely a mistake. I had to wait for some 10-15 minutes to check-in. Receptionist was not available, and nobody picked the phone. This place has restaurant, though, it was closed due to the banquette. I had a feeling that everyone was busy serving the banquette and my accommodation was not their top priority. I was travelling with the dog and I had to pay 17 EUR extra that is too expensive. In the evening I have asked to prepare an invoice since I had to leave early in the morning and left my company's details. They said they will do this in the morning. However, in the morning different receptionist came and she was not able to find the notes from yesterday. When she finally found it, it took another 10 minutes to prepare an invoice. Needless to say that I was late. The breakfast was below expectations, and it looked and tasted like it was prepared from the food that left from the yesterday's banquette. It's not something that you expect for breakfast, but more like snacks for banquette. I don't recommend this place and suggest looking for other options in the area.

We gave 10 points for everything. But wish some of the staff members were more polite.

I stayed twice so far and both times breakfast was different. Amazing both times. Plenty of dishes to select. Me being chubby, I tasted most of the stuff and it was very tasty and filling.

I should have booked entire weekend. :)
