everything was great! very convenient location right next to the lake, which is why the temperature is always comfortable on the territory. It's quiet around, you can quickly get to the beach and cafes. The staff is very friendly, always helped with household issues, prompted with the contacts of drivers. Every day they brought a delicious breakfast with a large plate of fruit and juice. By the way, juice is often made directly from fruits that grow in gardens on the territory. The room has a large wardrobe, refrigerator, clothes dryer (laundry was also included). Cleaning was carried out frequently or immediately upon request. There is a large swimming pool and sun beds on the territory. You can both sunbathe and work and no one will interfere. I definitely recommend this place in Hikkaduwa. Excellent value for money

We really enjoyed living in this wonderful place. The rooms have everything you need, and the owners were always ready to help. Having a pool is also a big plus for this place. the location is far from the beach but that was not a problem. On the contrary, the place is picturesque and quiet, nothing will disturb you.

Internet speed can sometimes be insufficient if you are working

Wonderful villa! The owners are wonderful people, friendly, ready to answer all questions and help. The rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly and thoroughly. Great pool that lights up in the evening. Large green area. I recommend this place - quiet, beautiful, with wonderful people!

Nice location and delicious food

The rooms and bathrooms were exceptional. Very much like a high tier hotel. The location is beautiful and peaceful however it requires a private vehicle to travel to and fro. Great swimming pool. The family that owns the property is very friendly and helpful.

There is nothing negative to write about the place as such. However, we did not realise that visiting the beach from here would be a slight inconvenience, this should not be a deterrent if you have your own vehicle. While the hotel provides a tasty breakfast (ask for their Kiribath and fish curry), other meals will have to be secured externally. The owner says they are planning to add a restaurant in the near future.
