when the bookings were cancelled 4 days before, the deposit money of Rs 904/- was not refunded in spite of calling them innumerable times to the refund department to the staff & supervisor. Very bad experience in my life. I had sent the Bank statement of my a/c to them from where , I had sent to them. still they insist they have paid, but never received even after 1 month. Never ever will book again with them & also inform all my friends not to book with them. Very bad experience.

Large rooms, good water pressure and strong wifi

The hotel is on a busy street so you can hear lots of street noise from your room. They sent me multiple emails threatening to cancel my room unless I paid a deposit. I asked them to take payment via booking.com, but they ignored all my messages and just kept sending me more threatening emails with a link to their payment portal. Eventually, I tried to make payment via their portal, but you couldn't make payment outside India. Such a waste of time and stress.

I was charged for the Breakfast in the booking by Booking.com but there was no restaurant facilty at the hotel. I seek for a refund of the booking amount. Kindly look into the matter and looking forward to your response on the same. My contact - 9597085609
