I recently had a stay at your hotel and would like to share some feedback regarding the check-in process. I noticed that guests are only allowed to enter the hotel premises after making the full payment in advance. In my opinion, this approach can come across as unwelcoming and may not reflect the level of hospitality guests usually expect. If my feedback can help bring a change in this practice, I believe it would enhance the overall guest experience. Trust and comfort go a long way in building a lasting relationship with customers.

Location was good

Charged extra than the amount showing online to be paid . It was hard to find another hotel on the spot so had to pay Bedding was not neat and clean .
