It was good when we first checked in, it was comfortable and a good location

The breakfast. First day they had sausage, eggs, fruit and cereal, and muffins. Second day after that, apparently they lost a recipe to make scrambled eggs. Proximity to attractions and price.

Elevator was out of service and we had to carry luggage up and downstairs. Pool was not heated. Breakfast selection was limited. Carpet on stairway had not been vacuumed for a while.

The room was so clean and comfortable. Can't beat the price.

The bed seemed to be a little worn,.

We were pleasantly surprised on how nice the rooms and lobby looked. It did say recently remodeled but we still were unsure. It was very well done and very well kept.

My only concern would have been. I would have liked the beds a little softer, but that is a personal choice so I will not change my rating due to my choice.

Breakfast was well laid out and plentiful, bed was very comfortable.

Entire property smelled strongly of men's cologne, instantly gave me a headache.

Location to the ball field.

Management attitude. And there was no one at the desk during certain hours.
