A acomodação é bem localizada, em frente a rodoviária de itamaraju e o comércio.

O custo benefício é alto pelo o que a propriedade oferece. Tivemos um contratempo com o atendente da noite que não quis nos fornecer dois travesseiros apenas um. Logo foi solucionado quando meu marido retornou a recepção e solicitou para um senhor muito simpático. As atendentes são uma simpatia. O café da manhã é básico mas atende.

Eu pedi na recepção cobertor/manta na parte da noite e fui informada que só teria se pedisse para as camareiras na parte da manhã. Ralo do banheiro fedido. Mofo nas paredes.
