Food was delicious. Staff were extremely friendly and willing to please. VERY clean.

No USB ports in the room, could use brighter lighting, bed was a little too firm, but service was EXCELLENT!

It serves good continental breakfast, and I thoroughly appreciate the warm croissants served right out of ovens. I also appreciate the very responsive staff (Jorg Groninger) in promptly replying my various queries and requests prior to my stay. The dinner staff at restaurant has great sense of humour, and the room service staff is also friendly.

The room service can be more consistent in timing and tends to be too early. There was one day they knocked on my door around 8.45am. The bedsheet is a tad too rough for my liking, but serves its purpose.
