Location

We were on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Not a deal breaker. It was great the room was ready when we arrived at noon.

Staff was super nice and helpful. I really appreciated that they helped me with the luggage. The room was quiet, spacieuse, and clean. The location was near the Christmas market, great restaurants, and close to the funicular.

Lage sehr gut! Personal freundlich

Parksituation, Staub überall im Zimmer, im Bad Schimmel bei der Dusche und in den Fugen der Dusche. Bett war sehr weich und hat bei jeder Bewegung das Gefühl verbreitet, das es zusammenbricht und Geräusche waren sehr stark.

No WiFi connection and the bathroom was extremely small. Also, the soap provided was way too small and not enough for two people. It was okay; however, I would have brought soap with me had I known there wouldn’t be much.
