The hotel was awesome. Beautifull situated for the caldera views. Sunset was unbelievable. The rooms were clean, spacious and hot tubs nice to have on hot days. The pool was a little cold but nice. The staff was very friendly and willing to provide a lot of recommendations. The breakfast delivered to rooms was very tasteful and the restaurant great.

This hotel was so special in aesthetics and service. The staff are amazing as was the accommodation. We stayed in a room without a plunge pool and used the amazing rooftop pool that had views to die for. Special thanks to Petros for meeting us and helping with our bags. Nyah and Stella on reception for their great dining recommendations, excellent communication and help with transfers and to Christos for the welcome drink and wine introduction and smiley face every morning when he delivered our breakfast. You will feel very spoilt if you choose to stay in this stunning hotel.

A great view from the balcony in the quite neighborhood. Free breakfast delivered to your balcony every morning at your requested time. Very attentive staffs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 4/5 We spent several days at this hotel in June while celebrating the first anniversary of our relationship. First of all, I would like to say that we left with many beautiful memories. We experienced the romance of Santorini, enjoyed breathtaking sunsets, witnessed the incredible cloud formations over the caldera, and spent wonderful time together. Most importantly, the hotel staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Every member of the team was genuinely pleasant and made us feel welcome. For this reason, this review is not intended as criticism of the staff or the hotel itself. I simply want to share a few details that future guests may not realize from the photos and descriptions. Before our arrival, I mentioned several times that we were celebrating a special occasion. While the hotel was aware of this, no special gesture was offered during our stay. Of course, this is not an obligation, but after mentioning it multiple times, we expected perhaps a small touch such as a card, a glass of champagne, or another symbolic gesture. The biggest difference between expectation and reality comes from the photos. The pictures create the impression of a very private and spacious experience. In reality, many terraces are located directly next to public walking paths. In our case, there was a constant flow of tourists passing just a few meters from our terrace, many of them stopping to take photos. As a result, we did not experience the level of privacy that the photos seem to suggest. The private jacuzzi was completely exposed to the sun. During the hottest hours of the day, it was difficult to enjoy because there was virtually no shade available. The sunbed next to it was also under direct sunlight for most of the day. The shared swimming pool looks beautiful in the photographs, but there are a few things worth knowing.
