There was a smell in some areas and in the bathroom

The pool was ok

Stained pillows stained mattress stained sheets. No alcohol in alcoholic drinks, served in paper cups even in doors.

Very bad cleaning of the room and very bad reception at checkin. Drinks selection very poor and food without good quality.

Pleasant enough.

Food was sometimes cold, soft drinks not proper makes so taste nothing like they should, entertainment poor and in the middle of nowhere

The food was very bad, the room was very hot, the drinking water was not good, you had to pay to be given water, the pool was dirty, the internet was bad, they charged me 20 euros more for staying 2 hours longer.

all the best about services and personal. great food. great place for summer vacation who wants calm and quiet vacation. also lot of programs for kids and guests during the day and night

Rooms are not on the 5 star level hotel.

the hotel stuff and entertainment team were both excellent.
