Sowohl die Gastfreundschaft der Hotelangestellten, als auch das Ambiente beziehungsweise die ganze Hotelanlage inkl. Zimmer waren hervorragend! Das Frühstück war jedes Mal aufs Neue ein Erlebnis und sehr gut. Nochmals erwähnenswert ist die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und die Zuvorkommenheit des Personals. Das Hotel selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, wodurch man super entspannen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr gepflegt. Weiters verfügt das Hotel über 2 Pools, wobei beide außerordentlich schön sind. Bei gutem Wetter hatte man perfekte Sicht auf den Berg. Ich würde sofort wieder hierher zurückkommen.

A true hidden gem of Bali This resort is, without a doubt, the finest property in the Karangasem area — and one of the most remarkable places I’ve had the pleasure of staying at in all of Bali. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear this is a five-star experience in every sense. The property is peaceful and beautifully maintained, offering a rare sense of quiet and total relaxation that’s becoming harder and harder to find on the island. The resort has two stunning restaurants, both exceptional — the food is genuinely delicious, beautifully presented, and the overall dining experience is something you don’t easily forget. Service throughout the property runs 24 hours a day at an impressively high standard, yet what makes it truly special is that every single staff member is warm, genuine, and friendly. It never feels formal — it feels like being looked after by people who truly care. The views of Mount Agung are breathtaking and available from multiple spots across the resort, including a wonderful bar that makes for a perfect place to watch the volcano at sunset. And then there’s the infinity pool — it stretches toward the horizon, with water cascading over the edge as if merging with the sky and the mountains beyond. Simply unforgettable. I’m genuinely grateful I discovered this place. It’s one of Bali’s true hidden gems, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking to experience the island at its most beautiful and serene. I wish this resort all the success and recognition it deserves — it has earned every bit of it.

Great staff and beautiful facilities. We really appreciated the villa upgrade we received at arrival. The staff was very kind and competent and went the extra mile to make our stay even greater. The included breakfast was very good.
