Easy check in. Good location.

Slow pipe water. Misleading information given, room rent was supposed to include breakfast turned in fact, there was no breakfast provided.

Not many people staying in. Kinda peaceful and quiet.

Got coackroach inside the room. No breakfast provided even though it was included in the room price.

"Simple but sweet stay."

Good enough stay at a very affordable price. Good for male solo traveler to just come shower and sleep. A townhouse concept where we rent a small room with attached bathroom inside a house.

The security is a little bit scary. The street is dark and the homestay consist of many houses located along the street (not adjacent). The main door is not locked, only the room is. If female solo traveler I think it is not very safe.
