the room is big and clean.

First, when we reached the receptionist said no more places available. Then when we said we made a reservation, he asked us to sit for a while and went up somewhere to call the lady boss. Lady boss was good but it was a little daunting to keep waiting for some time. And on the second day when we came to the hotel, the receptionist was not there for us to call him to open the heater. Altho the room is big, the pipe and all in the washroom was loosely held that when we open it, the screw loosens and falls off..
