"Very good"

Friendly staff, I had booked for 2 days but couldn't arrive until the next day due to the prevailing weather situation and flooding in certain areas. When I asked booking com admin to waive the charges, they refused, but the hotel charged for only one day.

"It was lovely for the amount they charged. Cheap and cheerful with with all basic requirements."

The breakfast was simple but tasty. All you want from a hotel. Nothing fancy but value for money.

There was nothing to complain about. The hotel was nice and the staff were nice. The rooms were comfy.

It was located very heart of the city which close to all kind of shopping ammenties.

Unfortunately hair dryer was out of order which made my girl little upsets and everything were else satisfactory level.

Bathroom light was not working, cockroach were there. Some facilities mentioned in booking confirmation were not provided when entering to the rooms. Happen to request those(ex: hairdryer)
