Small family type hotel, right off the centre of Kyustendil. We appreciated the very friendly hospitality and made the most of the thermal water pool and the sauna. As there weren’t other guests at that moment it felt like we had the hotel and the facilities all to ourselves!

The hotel is in a very animated street with lots of traffic, so our room which gave on that side was rather noisy..

Мястото е чисто и на удобно място. Макар да няма паркинг към самия хотел в непосредствена близост има както платен паркинг, така и улици на които маже да спрете безплатно.

Хората в хотела бяха дружелюбни и отзивчиви. Минералната вода в хотела е изключителен бонус за всички отседнали. Има и сауна. Стаята беше доста голяма в други хотели това се предлага за студио. Леглата бяха удобни. Беше чисто и леглото беше удобно.
