Very friendly and helpful owner. Very generous room size. Good location for local restaurants etc.

Parking very limited. No breakfast option.

There is no parking at the hotel, but there are two parking facilities 50 meters from the hotel

The willingness of the staff to share information about Bulgarian culture and history was great. Their pride in their country was wonderful to see. I loved the fact that the warm mineral water pool and sauna were accessible at all hours. The hotel was close to the square, where the festival was being held, so we were able to walk to the festivities. And when we were leaving, they happily called a taxi for us.

The location is amazing and close by all you want - the city center, across the street there is a great coffee shop, the reception is responsive, some of them very kind and there all the time when you call.

The place smells like cigarettes, it’s on the main street and the noice is too loud even during night. The hotel is right above a casino and there is not a lot of peace. The curtains have never been washed. The amenities are not sufficient.
