La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel malgré leur jeune âge et le manque d'expérience surtout à la réception ou l'anglais n'est pas très bien maitrisé mais ils mettent tout en oeuvre pour répondre aux demandes.

L'hôtel fait son âge et aurait besoin d'être raffraichi. La chambre disposait d'un coin cuisine mais aucun équipement n'était disponible, pas de vaisselle, pas de couvert, aucune casserole, impossible de cuisiner alors que nous avons payé pour. La salle de douche est obsolète et aurait besoin d'être repensée mais surtout rénovée. Une rénovation globale donnerait une autre dimension à cet hotel.
