Locatie was echt top, kamer was schoon en had alles wat ik nodig had, inchecken en uitchecken ging soepel, bed was comfortabel

Attente communicatie en echt vriendelijke mensen, fijne centrale locatie. Een ventilator op een warme dag.

Toch niet helemaal ideaal om in te checken in een shisja lounge, en een lift zou wel fijn zijn voor een kamer op de derde etage (zeker op een warme dag). Wifi had wat aandacht nodig (los stekkertje). Badkamer plafond was erg laag, je moet in een bad klimmen om te douchen... Maastricht is duur, maar ik had voor de prijs net iets meer verwacht. De vriendelijke man die het ontbijt verzorgde maakte veel goed.

Great value pricing, especially since there was an expo on and all other hotels either booked out or raised prices for remaining rooms. Soft, comfortable beds. Completely clean room. Location is very central to the heart of Maastricht (big square surrounded by cafe-bar/restaurants is just around the corner.) Staff were friendly and helpful.

It is central for city but the main railway station is short bus ride away on other side of river. Check-in required walking into the smoke filled houka bar, but at least only sweet fragrance now, not nicotine. An old building, it has been split into rooms and maintained in a low-cost, DIY sort of way (e.g. cables routed across walls, cheap roller blind for window [which fell off when pulling the cord to open the blind]). No desk in the room to work at. When I tried to use the WIFI in the morning to work it would not connect, despite strong signal as router on wall in room - I am sure the staff would have helped if I had asked but I used my mobile instead for the short period required. Breakfast in the morning was in the bar which smells of the sweet, strawberry scented houka!

The room was super nice and comfortable. It was spacious and clean with a nice view towards the inner yard. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. The position is central. The staff is lovely. Everything was perfect.

De kamer was heet en bedompt dus moest het raam open. Maar daar stond buiten tot in het begin van de nacht de motor te draaien van de afzuigpijp. Dat maakte veel lawaai. Ook zat er een rare vlek op het laken.
