Tout. C'est un sans faute. J'ai eu deux petits soucis qui ont été réglés le temps que je pose ma question. C'est proche du.centre historique et les prestations sont de qualité . Merci aux deux réceptionnistes pour leur efficacité et leur gentillesse

Nice rooms with good bed. Very good shower with excelent water pressure. Fast and efficient room cleaning. Very good Wifi. 24/7 room service. SevenEleven and Oxxo convenience stores close by. I extended my stay 2 times because I liked the place a lot.

Rooms are not sound proof and you hear a lot of police and ambulance sirens during the night.

Las instalaciones muy limpias, me encantó haberme quedado en Hotel Catalina , muy cerca a dos estaciones de metro: Salto del agua, Doctores. Además de tener cerca Oxxo, 7eleven, un mercado y comercios , muy bien ubicado, limpieza todos los días, toallas limpias, dejaban agua, plancha para ropa, personal super amable, sin duda alguna me volvería a quedar ahí sin pensarlo !!

La funda en la cual tiene el relleno de la almohada estaba percudida

"Relación precio - calidad."

La habitación es amplia, cuenta con sillones, televisión con wifi, la chapa de entrada es muy segura. La cama es amplia y cómoda.

El único detalle fue que encontré cabellos y unas manchas sobre las cobijas.
