"Paying extra for accessible room instead of one up unsafe steep stairs is unfair but tasty breakfast"

The room I was offered was on the third floor, and as a solo disabled customer this was really not appropriate or safe given the steepness of stairs. They used this as an opporunity to sell me a bigger room (£70 extra was out of my budget) but they gave me one night for £20 and the room did have a comfy bed and kettle and a shower that was pleasant eough.

Being charged extra to get a room that I could actually access. This is discriminatory.
