Location was good for where I needed to be

Rooms very hot and uncomfortable. Was during heatwave but fan in room broken. Staff seemed helpful but bit corporate.

Canicule et impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres en grand pour aérer la chambre la nuit.

Bagno microscopico (lavandino quasi inesistente) ma il problema più grande è l’assenza dell’aria condizionata. La stanza era un forno e si apriva solamente una delle due finestre, ma solo di qualche cm. Il ventilatore in dotazione (con un kg di polvere all’interno…) non è servito praticamente a nulla = notte insonne per troppo caldo

Great restaurant. The breakfast was very good, highly recommended 👌 Very good location about 20 min from the airport and city center.

No air-condition. The bed was to firm.

Very good welcome and service ,especially as my husband had to have help. Very good Service ,lovely staff friendly and helpful 👍

The location was great for what we needed.

The place had no lift at all I had my elderly Mum with me and it was very difficult. No one offered or came to help us with the suitcases the stairs are so steep. When we came down later a young member of staff was laughing of you mad it to the top !!!! Breakfast is very limited. No brown bread or any kind of croissants Because we were on the top floor it was so hot really uncomfortable and you can’t open the windows We did have a nice meal the evening we arrived. They should really make it known that there is no lift.

The room was fairly clean, although cobwebs could be seen around the ceiling. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom ere both good sizes.

Decor and furniture requires some updating / TLC. The very small basin/sink in the bathroom. Noise levels from neighbouring rooms and corridor doors being banged.
