Great value for money, staff were really friendly from checking in to checking out, took time to talk to us and genuinely took an interest in why we were staying over and if we enjoyed our stay and hoped we would return. Shout out to Ricky, a very valuable member of staff. Outstanding breakfast.

Easy reach for our 2 day visit and great carpark, great staff & room was great value for money. We had our 2 evening meals there, one just me & my partner and second night friends from up that way came over & had a lovely meal & drinks...would definitely recommend..x

Excellent staff and setting a bargain at price offered. Great standard of room, quiet and great breakfast value for money definitely.

Lack of bar downstairs with TV/ sport as Inn has a restaurant geared for steak meals downstairs. Quiet as early in week perhaps value in price not appreciated by others as pretty close to city centre and much better value than competitors locally and at short notice too.

Great location, restaurant staff and food lovely

The room was freezing as the heating was not working. Im immuno suppressed and have arthritis in all my joints and need to be warm. Had to ask for a heater which was too small. The bed was really uncomfortable and both myself and husband had backache the next day and had a 9 hour flight which was really uncomfortable. Wrote to the Manager who basically called me a liar and said the heating was working (why give us a heater if it was) and said the beds were ‘in line with standard specifications’.

Rooms clean and quiet

Toilet did not flush everytime had to wait 30min after each flush.

Room was adequate for my needs.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was very dark. The TV was at an impossible angle to see clearly from the bed.

There was nothing to like about it

The room was ridiculously small. Two flights of small steep stairs.
