Great location, friendly helpful staff. Lovely room.

The building is very loud and echoey, and the rooms has doors which soft closed but still banged loudly and echoed through the hotel. Ear plugs were provided, but it's still a noisy place.

Close to Piccadilly Railway Station and the canals, lovely accommodation (in our case, a great corner room with lots of windows and light) Comfortable, well designed with everything you need - including kitchenette for making your own breakfast, snacking. Helpful and accommodating staff

Very helpful and friendly staff,very accommodating to request for extra bedding and quieter room Room was stylish comfortable and very clean and very spacious Great location Extremely accommodating to our dog,and very close to sackville park for sniffs Loved the bath in bedroom ,toiletries were good quality And made a great espresso martini and dirty chai in bar

Maybe a few more useful items in kitchen as we made our own breakfast,could not find a toaster Washing up sponge and a cloth to wipe down kitchen would have been useful As would a coffee maker
