Habitación de buen tamaño

Primer hotel en mis viajes por el mundo que el desayuno no incluye unos simples huevos, toca pagarlos aparte y las opciones del buffet son mínimas y precarias; El horario del desayuno dice que es de 6am a 12pm pero nunca empiezan a la hora prometida si no 7pm hasta 9am, después de ese tiempo solo a la carta, duraron 2 dias sin hacer aseo en la habitación y 3 días sin ponernos shampoo y jabón nuevo en el baño, las toallas huelen terriblemente a cloro, poca ayuda, escribí una inquietud sobre mi estadía y jamás fue respondida! Por último es terriblemente lejos de CDMX, no es una opción viable para hacer turismo en la ciudad. En general muy poco para llamarce marriot y el precio pagado

Las habitación no estaba limpia, las sábanas de las camas estaban llenas de cabellos. A pesar de aceptar mi petición con antelación no me respetaron habitación en piso 1 y que decir del acceso por escaleras. Me tuvieron más de dos horas tratando de descifrar como poder subir por escaleras.

La ubicacion

Somos una empresa y hemos sido clientes por 5 años, sin embargo, desde el cambio a Marriot la calidad de servicio cambio es dificil comunicarse directo, como empresa nos daban la flexibilidad de hacer los pagos por transferencia, y en caso de consumos extras lo facturaban al final, ahora no funciona asi, siendo poco flexibles y con precios super altos.
