Room had terrible signal.

Location is perfect if you are going for Darshan, The temple is at a walkable distance. The staff is very helpful.

The restaurant facility was not available when asked, the owner said it is under redevelopment. Hot water is only available in the morning. But they provided me with a heater at 8 PM when I requested them for my 3yo son.

Bathroom windows were not closing properly. The young guy at the reception ignored my request to change my room. No room service. Shower was not working. Didn’t receive drinkable water. I had to buy water bottles from outside.

1. Parking issues in tight spaces. Management needs to work on it. Collect car keys for valet parking to avoid waiting. 2. No WiFi then why would they advertise it. 3. Restaurant is available but not having even tea or snacks. 4. Price is slightly higher.

I intended for a AC room at Rs.1700 tariff. What was given was non AC room. I had to pay extra for an AC room. The transparency is lacking this respect. While going through the website, it is noticed that the room is fan-cooled. What nonsense is this? Whether other hotels provide rooms without fans? You must ensure that the hotel mentions whether it is AC room or non-AC room and mention it in your site. Similarly, standard room, deluxe room, etc. We feel short-changed in this aspect.
