"Gebucht unter falschen Voraussetzungen"

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

In der Beschreibung ist ein Restaurant aufgeführt, aber es wurde uns erklärt, dass es kein Personal für ein Dinner gibt und das es sich nicht lohnt! Die nächsten Restaurants sind nicht wirklich fußläufig entfernt! Der Eintrag ist irreführend! Im Bad gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch und auch der Lüfter konnte keine Abhilfe schaffen, da er noch nie gereinigt wurde und verstopft war.

"Wunderbares kleines Hotel, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereits Personal. Frühstück super, Wellnessber"

Sehr schönes, großzügiges Zimmer, man hat von den anderen Gästen nichts gehört. Bad und Toilette getrennt, was wir sehr gut finden. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, alles sehr frisch, vielfältig und wurde immer wieder nachgelegt. Der Wellnessbereich top, schöner Pool und verschiedene Saunen.

Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, dann könnte die Durchfahrtsstraße und die Bahnlinie störend sein. Vielleicht noch eine leichte Decke zum Fernsehen schauen :-) . Sonst war alles tip top.

Frühstück ist sehr gut.Sauna und Dampfbad sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht optimal.Schafsofa für Kinder war klapprig.Schlimmste ist wir sind angekommen uns wurde mitgeteilt dass Pool 2 Tage lang nicht im Betrieb ist, sehr enttäuschend für Kinder. Am Abend ist nix los. Bar macht sehr früh zu.

מלון יפה המעוצב בצורה מודרנית ונעימה לעין. חדר גדול ומרווח. מיטה, כריות נוחים. מתלים רבים. מקלחת טובה, מים חמים וזרם טוב. ארוחת-בוקר מצויינת ומגוונת. במלון מספר סאונות, בריכה. מרחב מנוחה עם כיסאות-נוח מול הנוף. תה מסופק. חנייה חינם ממש בכניסה למלון. נגישות טובה לאטרקציות. 5 דקות נסיעה מקפרון ועשר דקות מזל אם סי. מלון מפנק. החדר שלנו היה מול מסלול הרכבת אך לא הפריע לנו כלל. אפילו היה חוויתי משהו כשישבנו במרפסת וכשנכנסנו לחדר, סגרנו את דלת המרפסת ולא שמענו כלום. מלון מפנק וטוב

כשהגענו, היה ריח של שתן בחדר השירותים. רצפת השירותים הייתה דביקה והאסלה לא נקייה. מכיוון שנתקלתי פעם בתופעה כזו, הגעתי כבר מצויידת בנוזל ניקיון, סקוטצברייט וסמרטוט רצפה וניקיתי לבד. זה דבר מהותי שלא אמור לקרות. חבל, לדעתינו, המלון בהחלט ראוי ל-10 נקודות אבל... כמו-כן, פקידת-הקבלה שקיבלה אותנו, ענתה לשאלתי, אם יש כרטיס המקנה הנחות או חינמי, בשלילה. יום למחרת שאלתי שוב את פקיד הקבלה המקסים והוא בשמחה נתן לי כרטיס שמקנה הנחה בסכר קפרון (עשרה אחוז) וחינם בתחבורה ציבורית באיזור הזלצבורגלנד. פקיד-הקבלה, פקידת-קבלה אחרת היו מקסימים ויעילים

"Absoluter Wohlfühlurlaub mit Hund"

So herzlich wie hier, wurden wir mit unserem Hund noch nie empfangen. Darüber haben sich auch unsere Kinder sehr gefreut. Extra Hundebett, Napf und Hundekekse. Das Frühstück war einfach ausgezeichnet und der Wellnessbereich mit Pool war noch das I-Tüpfelchen zu unserem traumhaften Appartement mit wunderschönem Ausblick aus Kitzsteinhorn. 100% ige Weiterempfehlung!
