El bufet l'esmorzar era força complet i hi havia molt menjar. Les habitacions estaven netes i eren prou grans.

A la nostra habitació (245) hi havia un extractor de la cuina de les instal·lacions que feia força soroll, i s'engegava pel matí a quarts de vuit. Això era una mica molest, tot i que quan ho vam comentar a recepció van fer que no s'engegués fins les vuit, quan comença l'esmorzar. Les fotos de la piscina i el gimnás son enganyoses. Pertanyen al complex esportiu proper, no a l'alberg.

El personal és molt amable amb la xicalla, és un lloc molt adequat per famílies. A banda té inclòs l'ús de spa en el preu que et permet relaxar-te després d'un dia de neu i muntanya.

Hi ha algunes coses que potser necessiten manteniment. Si eres vegetarià tens poques opcions amb la mitja pensió.
