Excellent staff and customer service. Breakfast is very filling with eggs, milkshake, crackers, coffee, cake, and fruit bowl. Having a terrace was nice. Safe neighborhood. Staff is super helpful with everything. Hot water in the shower and shower pressure was perfect. Overall great value for money, we loved it.

Very minimal things. Terrace can be utilized and displayed better. The tap in the room should be changed, it was too old and rusty. Flush in the washroom has issues with pressure.

This is one of those times where you kick yourself for not getting the names of people. The receptionist easily earns Art Villa a bonus 2 stars just because of her helpfulness, friendliness and humor!
