"Great hotel in the beautiful Pavilosta"

Love the location, the vibe, breakfast and rooms. It is one of the rare hotels (not guest houses) in Pavilosta and has plenty to offer, including a sauna and rooftop bar.

There is a loud outdoors bar next door that had loud music on a Friday night. The reception team didn't show much interest in 3 of us complaining, merely stating that they 'will pass the bar to say something when they finish their shift'. The music did eventually stop and we understand that not everything is in their power, but it would be nice to show more care towards guests (and maybe give out free earplugs).

Nice clean small hotel. Spa was small but nothing to complain about. Restaurant was good!

Bed was too soft, it felt almost like a hammock.
