Hotel Royal Residency

The Hotel is may be okay for couple who would lie to spends few hours 2-3 that's it ....not worth for travellers

Close to highway

Neat, clean apartment.

Too much traffic noise whole night. Difficult to sleep. Area is not posh.... truck repair workshop next door so it adds to noise whole day.

Location was good but not like how it was showcase in portal

When i reach at hotel they provide me room at 4th floor which is smaller then how they suggest during online booking. One more thing lift is not available at 4th floor so it is hectic path.

The staff at reception was rude .Was suppose to arrive between 7and 8 pm as I was stuck in traffic rang them to inform them . The guy on phone could not understand english. when I got there he said there was no room available and was very rude until I informed him I had booked through booking.com . All of sudden a room was available. The room was not clean had to stay there as it was late. Hot water was non existence and the room smelt of cigarette smoke. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
