I like the hotel close to everything accessible for shopping etc.

No Elevator and ramp for wheelchair. I have to carry my father in my back from the main floor to second that is no good for health and safety hazzard I could fall in the stairs while carrying my father.Your hotel should have a policy code regulation from the government.

Close to market and restaurants as well as malls around the city .

Old room , old Furnitures , broken door , room need to be refurbished

i like the staff greetings was soo nice the cleaning in the middle of level no appliances'

no elevator no Irona machine no Lundry

The price was cheap, and the location was reasonable. Not too far from anything, but not near either.

There was no breakfast. The front desk told us breakfast will be at 730AM, then when we got there they told us they ran out. This is unnacceptable. There was no elevator so we had to carry our heavy equipment into our room on the 3rd floor ourselves. The bedside table had a busted drawer, and the whole hotel looked/felt old.
