Gazel Butik Otel

The hotel is near the ibrahim cave and fish pond. But I just dont like when I check out they asked to paid cash in euro. I said I paid with credit card they said they dont have credit machine. And when I paid in cash they dont gave receipt, we had to fight with the hotel owner, then only I got my receipt.

Difficult in communication because they cannot speaks english. Luckly now we have google translate. So it helps

The location was excellent. The staff was initially friendly and helpful, but I saw less of them over time.

No room service, so my room became messy after a while. There was no breakfast, although I understand because it was Ramadan.

The location

It's not a hotel but a small 4-5 room heritage house. It's higley overpriced for no reason.

The hotel is in the very center of Sanliurfa. You can also park in the parking lot right next to the hotel. The property is a 400-year-old Ottoman buidling with only five rooms. The staff, Fuat, is very friendly and tries his best to help and communicate with us. The owner is also very kind and pleasant. Great people.

The room and facility are very basic.

Great location just across the street of the fish pond (Balıklıgöl), the main attraction of Sanliurfa. Hotel and rooms are kind of historical building (hundreds of years ago), nicely decorated and with air conditioning. Last but not least, worth to mention the staff (owner and administrator), very kind and willing to help. But, cannot write a review without mentioning Fuat (administrator), supporting us from parking our car to preparing a delicious breakfast, offering us Turkish tea everyday in the room and giving us good advice for our visits in Urfa and outside. Many, many thanks to you!!!! Recommend this small hotel for a visit in Sanliurfa!

It would be nice the breakfast to include a coffee.
