Alpenhotel Neuwirt

The location of the hotel, the room itself. the perfect breakfast as well as superb dinner these were the main appreciated things. Very big bonus is indoor pool and sauna. After skiing day in Planai (or Hauser-Kaibling) that provided good relaxation. Skibus stops right in front of the main entrace. We've not used that ourselves, but that is again very good thing.

Group of Slovak people with childrens were not respecting the asks in the pool/sauna area and they were not even looking after their childs during the dinner time. Leaving the kids to play in the reserved area is OK, but when they start to run around between the tables it feels really odd. Our friends had a kid with them too, but they never left him to do the same thing.

Beautiful location with great facilities. Loved an early morning swim and a dip in the outside pond. Fantastic views and we could walk to other amenities. Super friendly hosts and we were very grateful for the kind car ride to the train station on the morning we were leaving. Would love to come back in the winter season for a different ambience. Thankyou again for a really relaxing holiday .

Nothing it was all wonderful

Breakfast and dinner were always tasty and rich enough. I would like to emphasize good selections of salads. We were very satisfied with the staff, their joy of working for guests was transferred to our joy of every day of our stay.

Basically, we can't fault anything. Although we are used to the sink at the toilet, this is really only a small thing.

Good location, acceptable services but bad dinner! Worse than a communist workers' canteen!!I took a half-board and I regret it: there were a lot of flies in the room and I asked for a spray against them. I wasn't given one and I bought one from the store. In the evening, 0.5 l of wine = 9.60 euros!! Spilled wine! Bad experience.

Low-quality food, especially in the evening, mediocre dessert, lots of flies, 5-star prices...for the low quality. I do not recommend!!
