"Carpet is not clean, elevator is scary, it can fit only 1 person and 1 bag"

The check in process became complicated. Since its self checkin, problem on reservation need to call the staff via phone, though staff is responsive.

Great stay for a solo business trip. The hotel is centrally located and convenient for getting around. Everything was very clean, comfortable and check-in/check-out was quick and hassle-free. Nice common area and a garden, plus thoughtful details like coffee and tea in the lobby. Would definitely return.

Unkomplizierter Checkin auch zu Randzeiten. Überraschend grosses und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer

Mit grossem Gepäck und allein ist das Verladen im Aufzug tricky, weil die Tür sofort wieder schliesst
