Boulenc Bed and Bread

Dagelijks ontbijt bestaande uit vers fruit, vers brood en zoete broodjes uit eigen bakkerij. Toen we een keer te vroeg weg moesten voor het ontbijt heeft het personeel na overleg 2 zoete broodjes klaargezet voor ons. Het dakterras boodt beschutting van de zon en gaf een mooi uitzicht over de stad. Door de schaduw en de continu aanwezige wind, was het altijd prettig om op het dakterras te zitten. Er is ook een honesty bar aanwezig, waardoor je zelf je drinken kan pakken. Er zijn oordoppen op de kamer aanwezig.

De tijd van ontbijten start officieel pas om 8:30. Voor die tijd staat er al vers fruit, maar nog geen broodjes. Veel tours vertrekken al tussen 7:00 en 8:00 uur, dus dit zorgt dat je niet altijd van het aangeboden ontbijt gebruik kan maken. De honesty bar werd niet regelmatig aangevuld, waardoor de keus steeds beperkter werd gedurende het verblijf. Het naastgelegen restaurant heeft ook een bar en speelt regelmatig harde muziek die op de kamer te horen is.

Me gustó mucho el estilo de edificio (vintage) y la ubicación, la opción de desayuno que ofrecen y también tienes la libertad de seleccionar el pan dulce de tu elección, mismo que elaboran en la panadería de su restaurante, es exquisito.

Derivado de la localización (céntrica), hay mucho ruido en las noches de los bares que están cerca, si no tienes problema con el ruido nocturno, esta es una excelente opción.

Excelente ubicación, amamos las instalaciones, el desayuno y disfrutamos mucho de la terraza.

Had a fabulous stay! The rooms were beautiful and the staff were super friendly. Plus, the attached café was a lifesaver - could order food to be delivered straight to the hotel next door. We ordered both sime food and drinks to the beautiful terrace. Central location was perfect, but be warned: it can get a bit noisy. All in all, a fantastic experience and I would love to stay again 😊."

Noise could be a problem, but was not for me.

Phenomenal hotel, the highlight of our trip and many travels abroad. There are some hotels you go to that “get it right”, Boulenc was one of them, incredibly kind, knowledgeable and competent staff that went above and beyond. Breakfast was wonderful and we loved the option to order anything from the cafe. The location couldn’t have been better. Noise was not a problem with the provided ear plugs and we slept very well. If we ever come back to Oaxaca, it will always be to Bed and Boulenc.

We wished we stayed longer.

The property has a very nice look and vibe, the value for money I think is good. They have coffee, pastries and fruit every morning for free in the lobby which is nice

We didn’t get hot water since day 2, which was very uncomfortable but they immediately resolved it and gave us another room. The location is very close to bars so there’s lots of noise. Not their fault but good to know if you have trouble sleeping. Would probably come back but to the other place they upgraded us to

my only complaint would be that the pools could be slightly better maintained in that there’s nothing in place to prevent detritus from the surrounding plants from falling in
