Great location

The curtains didn’t make the rooms dark enough

Endroit bien situé et agréable, le personel fait des efforts mais le service au restaurant est un peu brouillon,beaucoup d'erreurs de commande.L'hotel s'est chargé d'une reservation d'excursion pour nous , resultat deux heures d'attente et jamais personne n'est venu nous chercher, du coup impossible pour nous de reporter et visite manquée.

Alles wirklich gut, die Rezeption, Personal am Frühstück, Sauberkeit. Auch die Lage, Nähe dem Zentrum oder Strand. Das Auto wird sicher in einer Tiefgarage abgestellt. Wir sprechen nur die deutsche Sprache und von der Rezeption wurde aus der Verwaltung eine Dame geholt, die uns bei einem Problem in deutscher Sprache helfen konnte. Toller Service. Wirklich ein gutes Hotel.

Es gibt am Hotel nichts zu "meckern". Aber man sollte erwähnen das sich in Swakopmund, also im Zentrum wo sich das Hotel befindet, sehr viele Bettler und Straßenverkäufer aufhalten. Man wird also ständig angesprochen. Da dies im öffentlichen Verkehrsraum statt findet, kann natürlich das Hotel/Personal nicht viel dagegen machen. Wer glaubt in Swakopmund kann man sich auch in deutscher Sprache weiterhelfen, wird leider enttäuscht. Gerade wenn man kein Englisch spricht und sich so besonders schwer tut, wenn man im Geschäft oder Restaurant ist. Es gibt dort deutsche Schulen, Bücherei und Läden, incl. der Straßennamen. Aber offensichtlich will man kein deutsch sprechen, außer die Straßenverkäufer und Bettler, die sprechen dich genau so an.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Atlantic Boutique Hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from both the beach and the local shops and restaurants. Annette and her team truly made it feel like a “home away from home.” Annette was so caring and attentive, offering thoughtful suggestions for how I could spend my time off and even organizing several trips and outings for me. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast was amazing, and the entire atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I travel often, and this was by far one of my most special and memorable stays — all thanks to the incredible hospitality and care of Annette and her team. Highly recommended!

I visited swakopmund three times and stayed in this hotel during two of my visits upon great satisfactory experience. The location is perfect as being very close of main attractions of the city. By crossing the street you can reach the Crystal Gallery. Within a walking distance you can reach the restaurants, shops and famous mole (which breaks the Atlantic waves and creates a bay for swimming and water sports). The rooms are situated at the ground floor because the upper floors of the building are actually private flats. Rooms are very spacious, well decorated and comfortable. The only suggestion would be to install a plug near the beds in order to charge the phones and other devices during the night time but keep them closer. The area designed as a charging station is not close to the beds. The breakfast is very good. The rooms have coffee machines that you can enjoy your morning coffee in your comfortable room. The bathroom is very clean and has been practically designed.

Charging station for electronic devises could be closer to the bedside.

Modern, clean, tidy, well located with friendly, efficient staff...very good place to stay in Swakopmund. Safe parking. Quiet location.
